I think the board is too new for FC3 to support. I think FC3 is legacy now so don't expect much support. You can try installing FC5. But in both cases you'll need a kernel with BIGMEM ( or was it HIGHMEM? ) enabled to support 1GB of RAM.
Be specific about your problem. What do you mean by - 'But the o/p of the m/c is not satisfactory' ?? The computer isn't a device with one or two outputs. It can produce millions, billions heck gazillions of outputs. What o/p are you talking about?

Its not wise to give you cell phone on a public mailing list which is archived over the internet for anybody to read. Secondly, please take off that "designation" of yours. I'm not interested in knowing what your grad degree is.
ciao!

This motherboard has the ATI Radeon G200 video Chipset on it, which is not very well supported by XFree86. Hence you might not be able to effectively utilise the 32MB Video RAM on the chipset. However upon loading of fglrx drivers of ATI Radeon, you might still manage to get a decent X up and running.
But the o/p of the m/c is not satisfactory, also i ve checked Ram on windows m/c its workin g fine.

I cannot comment on the performance of FC3 b'coz I don't use it... Yes, I have the same hardware configuration with me, just that I am on Debian GNU/Linux Sarge which works fine.
The Intel website specifies that Mandriva offers the best support for this motherboard, but I doubht if it will be any better than what I get at present. They still recommend you to download the drivers and compile them.
On Debian, it is easy to configure X. Just do a dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xfree86, and select ATI from the Video Driver list, and you are all set. [ for XFree86 ] If using Xorg then type the corresponding command dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xorg.
Give it a shot... I am sure it will work, Praveen.
