You can try yum. If you use fedora core 2 and install everything, it should be there already. It is very simple to use. for more details - man yum. you can download it at http://linux.duke.edu/projects/yum/ if you don't have it already and edit /etc/yum.conf to get going.
I think 'yum' does this job the best. Checkout following URL:
