i ve installed GT4 on fedora core. I am getting an error with following message while setting up CA.
Error no 127
pls help me to solve this problem

You have to give more info than that to solve any problem, anyways there are dedicated mailing list for globus.

You would have to go through the documentation, more efforts than you have managed to, for now. I think, someone from the list should also help you out. I, frankly speaking, don't know what GT4 is all about :)
