Hi everyone, I need to know how to configure NIS Server and Client on Redhat 6.2, mainly, how do i configure AutoFS for that and also how do i create NIS users.
can anyone can point to some tutorial available online, the NIS-HOWTO wasn't suffice.

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ I did that using this HOWTO ( on redhat ). On Debian it is automatic; we just have to modify passwd files according to the policy we decide( given in the HOWTO )
