I really do not know what kind of algoritham or to prevent spasam mails the sys admin sent it with my mail. My query remains. Regards. b.v.kumar

seems like you are in digest mode , so please edit the subject line to something meaningful (like the original post) after you have clicked on the reply button.
This is regarding that longish message that got attached with the mail sent through an intranet server. I really do not know what kind of algoritham or to prevent spasam mails the sys admin sent it with my mail.
ask your sys admin how to refrain from automatically attatching this to your outgoing mails or else get an account from the *free* email providers like yahoo, gmail, hotmail, etc..

Ask your sysadmin to stop attaching the disclaimer, or send it via a webmail account.

Fix the disclaimer issue.

list policy dictates that meaningless disclaimers should not be attached to mails to the list. If your company insists on putting disclaimers on your mails - refrain from using your company's resources for mailing the list. Use webmail or something like that - or sneak out in the lunch break and send mail from a browsing centre. You can also attempt to educate your company on the stupidity of sending disclaimers which legally mean nothing.
