I;ve been having problems writing cds on win98, so i was searching the support pages... I thought i had seen the pits, but this one takes the cake...
there are two recommendations that MS makes to solve cd burning problems...and guess what they are? a) Use the original disc b) make another copy!!!
i've been rofl for the past five minutes, after which i could sit up and write this mail to u guys.....

THe best part is at the bottom of the page: "Microsoft has confirmed that this behavior is not caused by a problem in Windows 98, but may be caused by design changes in Windows 98. For more information about resolving this issue, contact the program's manufacturer."
