Hello Keith, Kindly refrain from top-posting. Top posting an answer breaks the flow of conversation and you don't know what is being referred to which is confusing. It is more commonly accepted etiquette to narrow down the original message to only the relevant information, and then **following** that information with one's reply, which is considered proper etiquette when participating in conversations on mailing lists. Secondly, your disclaimer is pointless for a public mailing list. Use a different (free) email account if your company insists on tagging each outgoing message.
