If I generate a yearly gpg key and upload it to one of the public key servers, do the keys get deleted once the period of the time key is over? I already have 2 permenant keys uploaded to the servers and dont want to upload any more permenant keys since they waste resources if they stay for ever. Thanks in advance.

You can revoke your keys. It does not matter whether the keys get deleted or not. Their validity is nullified after the time.
