I agree with Mr Pathak. We use Windows as the frame of reference as to userfriendliness.
_But_ forcing customers to upgrade to newer versions of office suites by making newer versions incompatible with older ones is not userfriendliness.
Setting standards and then exploiting them is not userfriendliness either.
Stifling competitors by withholding technologies from the market restricts your choice and is most unfriendly.
