I am using Novell NetWare 3.x and 4.11 for diskless node. All nodes are having RPL bootrom it is possible to migrate to LTSP?

What do you want to migrate to LTSP ? If you have dos apps, there is a netware emulator on Linux called mars-nwe. works pretty well for most (thin clients + DRDOS/FreeDOS image) dos applications including printing and you can even map your Linux home directory to your dos directory for each user. I haven't used it since RH9 though.
About loading dos images using RPL from Linux, I haven't tried out but it might just work. LTSP and dos apps might not mix together.
