There are many, and I have spoken to a few of them on behalf of my employers. ValueFirst (www.vfirst.com) looked the most technically competent out of the bunch.
You can also get in touch with SMSGupShup - who might want to be your gateway. Full disclosure - they are my ex-employers.

My ex-employer www.version-next.com is a SMS gateway provider. You can have chat with them.
