As communicated to you earlier, we have now set up a portal on Open Source and the url is http://osf.nic.in.

I request you to kindly peruse the portal and give your suggestions on ways of improving upon the presentation. The aim of the portal is To allow consultants and small and medium enterprises to have access to our experiences in building e-Governance Applications using Open Source and Standards Tool Sets.

We have carried out a fairly large man years of R & D and the attempt is make available all these under one roof so that those interested in building applications using Open Source and Standards Tool Sets need not have to go through the same process of reinventing the wheel. This is our contribution to Open Source Community as we are not able to contribute code due to lack of adequate man power. Please provide adequate publicity to this site. With best regards.
