some minor quibbles:

Foss History pg 14 Commercial distributions: include support. Sources are free but usually not binaries.

Both source and binaries are distributable. However distros obtained without payment to the original company / franchises cannot avail of support. So the sentence should be removed as the clarifications will be complicated. And the first sentence should be rewritten as Include paid support.
