Harshal had a problem :
thanks for you reply, but i didn't find any wvdia.conf file in /etc, not even in whole sys.!! what extra settings do you use? is there anything i should be including in kppp? please help. thank you
--------
do wvdialconf /etc/wvdial.conf
It will detect ur modem and configure it. and volia u have a new wvdial.conf file created in /etc directory.
it also print a lot of stuff which u may neglect unless and until it say modem not found!
