Hi I just compiled a new kernel from the 2.4.0 sources. During the configuration I configured the OSS sound modules to be selected and integrated the driver for my sound card cs4232 (Crystal) into the kernel *not as a loadable module*. The new kernel boots fine, but sound still doesnt play. What am i doing wrong ? Please help Thanx in advance.
