Hello Luggers, I have RH 7.2 on my machine. In my /etc/inittab file the default init level is set to 5. Still my system boots up to text based login. my X server starts up just fine when i manually start it. Can somebody please help me with this? Thanks, Nikhil.

check if you have x:5:respawn:/etc/X11/prefdm -nodaemon
in your inittab
