Is the Woody Distro kept at db.ilug-bom.org.in good enough??? I mean, can I download it without bothering to update it regularly??? And will the updates be available on ILUG site??? Or should I prefer Potato-R3???

If you dont have a high speed net connection. I would suggest you go for potato r6. Its the most stable version now. And if you are ready to wait, AFAIK, woddy is about to release on may 1st.
