wont fit on one cd. But could be added on the 2nd cd. Also other customised parts may be put on the 2nd cd with a clear indication of it's betaness. The lates Knoppix is less than 650mb. This is very good as many drives from creative cannot read the 700mb version and crash. Further knoppix works poorly on machines with older s3 graphics board with 2mb graphics memory (and other old hardware i suspect). So an appropriate warning may be in order.
Recollect your first linux install. Keep that in mind and prepare a dos and donts list with the cd.
