I have the freeduc 1.1 CD which is based on knoppix 3.1Beta created by www.ofset.org . I can boot from the CD. I can access programs with keyboard. However it does not enable my mouse. On the same computers, the knoppix CD works very fine. The collection of educational programs on freeduc CD is REALLY excellent. Can some crack the problem. Dr Siva at OIIT has run the same CD on hois laptop and desktop without any problems and has good opinion of it. If we can confidently run it on ususal machines ( mine are usual ones) , it will be 'killer' ( please suggest a better pro-peace word in these days of war mongering) application for free software.
