Not pretty to see that those with queries are still being insulted on this list. Admins, kick out the rabid and the insane. Why don't we make a fresh start?

Please tone down the rhetoric. There was nothing of what you allege in any of the replies. If following list etiquette on THIS LIST is such a problem, do find another list without such guidelines.
It is utterly insensitive on the part of posters to not read the list guidelines and then fill everybody's mailboxes with gunk.

I do not perceive KG's comment as an insult, rather he was pointing out a proper way to post queries to the mailing list.
The zebra road crossings and traffic signals are there for a purpose; to have some order/rules on the road, so that there is no chaos. Unfortunately over the years that self discipline, within the public, has gone down the drains. At a personal level, when I try to correct the public's behaviour, the majority reaction is "mind your own business"
LIkewise, if such behaviour is not corrected then the posters will develop a bad habit and will give a damn to list guidelines.
My two cents. -- Arun Khan
