That would depend on your router. But most routers have a cron daemon.

The plan is based on the amount of data shuffled. Makes no difference wether u are logged on or off. Any way set up your proxy appropriately.

Any idea of the service of mtnl in delhi, i told one of my friends companies to consider it as a secondary connection to their existing airtel connection.
