Along with a few other files u will also find

flashplayer.xpt libflashplayer.so

copy them in ur firefox plugins directory

Mine is located at /usr/local/firefox/firefox-installer/plugins

As for a common directory

Make a directory with the tail bit set

drwxrwxrwt /tmp/

Something similiar to a /tmp directory, the funda is everybody can write and read but one user cannot delete the others file.

You can autoconnect this directory to ur windoze clients using a >>netlogon script<<. Here they can keep all the common shares.
