Hi, I have a Pentium 3 processor , Inyel motherborard with 128 MB RAM with Win98 on it.
I want to instal linux on it. Problem is : I want to install two distributions of linux (Dragon linux and red hat linux 7) on my pc.

Yes it is possible. A simple setup would be as below,
HDD |__ Win 98 C: |__ RedHat Linux / --- Single partition |__ Swap space for Linux -- Shared between RedHat and Dragon Linux |__ Dragon Linux /
Read and understand partitioning process clearly from manuals on the web first. Since you only wish to try various distributions, single root partition is enough for this purpose.

I use slackware8 and redhat7.3 and I have shared my swap, /home, /tmp and /var/spool/mail partitions. My partitions are ext3 and reiserfs, but my slackware kernel (2.4.5) doesn't recognise ext3 - so it just treats it as ext2.
I have no other problems. Everything works perfectly.
Oh, yeah, I use lilo from RH7.3 written on the MBR.
I also have one shared FAT partition where I store documentation, etc. This is readable even if I boot from a DOS floppy.
