Position Description:
To develop server side integration technology for Enterprise Applications using J2EE and Linux technologies. To work as part of a team with a commitment to timely delivery of high quality software in an open source development manner.
Position Requirements:
Good knoledge on Linux internals and C/C++.
Strong Java development skills with a solid working knowledge of servlet, applet and EJB technologies with hands on experience using an Enterprise Java Development environments e.g. Apache, Tomcat, JBoss, and JonAS. Knowledge and/or experience with Swing or similar client GUI technology very desirable.
Ability to work in a multi-platform development environment which is fast paced, with open source techologies for Linux. Excellent working knowledge of Internet and Web technologies including HTTP, HTML, WAP, WML, CGI, TCP/IP, SMTP, LDAP etc.
Add ons can be good exposure to development tools like GTK, QT and Kylix.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
