hello, i was wondering if somehow we could get these announcements earlier, i mean is there any mailing list ? web page at NCST ? where such announcements are posted well in advance.
even if someone could post it here 24 hours earlier, i am sure it would be very beneficial. i have already missed 3 or 4 seminars in this manner... which i wanted to attend so its really a let down!

It is sent to all members of the ACM well in advance. You can also get the schedule on the acm website: http://www.acm.org/chapters/mumbai/ or something like that. There's generally a seminar two Fridays a month.
