I am looking for a web browser based project management software that has PERT/CPM charting feature (like in M$ Project).
Apps. like ProjPier, PHPProjekt have Gantt charts.
Please let me know if you know of any such apps open source or commercial. App able to import/export in M$ Project file format also OK.

We have started using this one recently. So far experience has been pretty good. The only drawback, considering your requirement, is that it can export MS Project 2007 files (XML exported).

This is OK if it can import/export MS Proj. format. Are you saying it can only export in MS Proj. 2007 format? Can you please confirm if openproj (www.openproj.org) can open the exported file? openproj has the PERT/CPM feature.

Sorry, I missed out typing "only" in my reply. Yeah, it can export only 2007 format. Project.net has pert-cpm feature from what i recollect. I may not be able to test out openproj right away.
