www.ilug-bom.org.in is a virtual host. apache is configured to load those pages from a particular location. ilug-bom.org.in is not a virtual host (and IMO shouldn't be one). apache will therefore use the default document root - which is the hbcse one.

presumably google has only one domain on their servers, so all would map to the same place.

I will write a proxy rule in apache when I have time to correct this.
