Thank u Mitul, But actually my problem concerns the archival of mails at a personal or enterprise level. I haven't yet considered the archival at mailing lists. But It'd be helpful if u can suggest an email archival tool or an email client that supports archival. Also can u suggest soome names for these or some help with Aemail and Powermail configuration.

Give eevryone IMAP mailboxes. Silently copy all email to a "backup" folder in addition to the inbox. Backup the IMAP store using something like rdiff-backup.
