Dear Sir/Madam, I am the webmaster of the IEEE(International Electronics &Electrical Engineers) student branch of (TSEC)Thadomal Shahni Engg. College,Mumbai,now on referred as IEEE-TSEC. IEEE-TSEC organises a 3-day national level technical festival,ISAAC,every year in the beggining of October.This year, the festival is on the 28th Sept,2nd & 5th Oct.This festival is attended by approximately 8000 students on these 3 days collectively.ISAAC is the largest technical festival in the Mumbai Unversity.

We have organised a *Conference* on *Open Source Software* on the *2nd October,2008*.The conference will be taken by people from various IT companies.The conference aims at discussing the various open source technologies and their implications on the IT industry.We thus greet you to attend the conference.
