the integrated audio - soundmax isn't working properly whenever i start any audio ogg, right speaker outputs an irritating high tone any solutions?

I am running Ubuntu Feisty Fawn 7.04. Kernel 2.6.20-14-generic.
Adding the following to /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base fixed the problem for me:
# Ubuntu bug #89036, fix high pitched squeal from one channel # on M2N-MX nVidia MCP61 board options snd-hda-intel model=3stack
As you can see in the comment above, this is a documented bug.

Did you cross check with any other OS or distro version? Is your speaker's audio jack inserted properly into the pc?
