I am having following combination:

AMD XP Athalon 2000 on Asus AN7 266VM with 256DDRAM. The board has nVIDIA GeForce 2. I never had a problem with this combination & my pc remain on for more than 10 hrs perday continuously. MSI KT Ultra would be little more expensive but might offer you more like blue tooth.

Afterall dicision would be yours.
