I have been wanting to configure cgi-bin with apache. I have done it before and now I am having no luck. I want to do this on Red Hat 9.
Pls help and guide me .

No.1 - Google is your friend. No.2 - Be verbose about your problem. No.3 - Write something so we know you have atleast attempted something.
Only then post on any list. It's good manners and a right thing to do. On most lists / forums / Bulletin Boards such messages would be either ignored or you'll be FTD.
A simple google search on the keywords cgi + apache brought up this page:

Most of the times you can enter the right keywords in google search and hit the "I'm feeling lucky!" button and 90% of the times you'll get great HowTos and docs.

Ya the link provided by Dinesh is suffice to configure CGI in APache. I too at one point faced issues with CGI..but I got the solution by searching apache.org and the keyword is "ExecCGI"

afaik it is configured out of the box - what are you trying to do?
