just discovered how to use insert random signature while composing email in gmail. it accepts the fortune tag files. i am right now collecting some very good fortune tag files for the same. if anyone would like to share their fortune tags files please send them offlist (not everybody will like those attachments).

No problem! install Greasemonkey extension for firefox. then go to http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/1704
thats it, then edit the settings for gmail and insert copy paste the fortune tag file.

Are you getting a download of each quotation everytime you compose a mail? This means loss of privacy or annonymity.

No. i copy paste the fortune tag file in gmail's setting section. i do not download from any third party.
