The research arm of Microsoft is in talks with Mr Nandan Nilekani, Chairman of the Unique Identification Authority of India, to explore options.

1. User Interface: We know whom MS copies from... 2. Multi-Lingual Systems: Don't we know our language better? For a lot of time MS didn't understand standards in this area, they made users download special fonts of all things to see multilingual Web Pages. 3. Mobility: The came and they couldn't conquer. 4. Secure Database: Their OSs have 17 year old bugs, browsers have security holes... Did they just say Secure Database management?
Guess, what MS wants to do is learn from our experience so that they can offer it to other countries and nations.
