You have to do some digging, but to do look at the code of ramfs/romfs(/usr/src/linux/fs/ramfs or romfs) to get the knowledge of how to write a simple linux filesystem module.

I guess if u do some reading of the kernel sources and with these links you will be up with a simple filesystem module.If you face any problems you can contact me in this group or mail me.
