Your problem is not novel, and has already been solved. Did you take time out to go through existing PHP code on the Net? Besides that, Manish did give you the right answer :)

but it seems that.. the memebrs are really very busy in writing *realllly*

big mails on "list goes to dogs".. etc.. etc and they find it very disturbing to receive such mails from beginners...

You're a beginner? Then you are welcome here and you can trust that you'll gain a lot from this list. (Psssst... I'm a beginner too :o).)

Just make sure you ask the right question. And before that make sure that your problem is really a problem! Google/Teoma a bit before you shoot mails away.
