I have setup Redhat cluster and Failover Domains. 1. How can I setup Apache as a Failover service ? 2. In that do I have to create one unique Virtual IP on both servers and share that IP as resource ? or Redhat Cluster suit will create that IP virtually ? So from outside that IP will get http request.

You haven't mentioned which RHEL, but you could take a look at http://www.redhat.com/docs/manuals/enterprise/RHEL-5-manual/en-US/RHEL510/Cl... (and adjust accordingly for your RHEL version)
