all that is needed at present is to give advice regarding the points raised. You must forgive me for being a little cynical, because i have raised all these points and asked questions several times in the past and got nowhere. Once there is concrete comitment in terms of willingness to spend a little time putting in comments and suggestions, we can move to a more organised stage. Remember, the foss way is to aim small, commit often, do incremental improvements and test at each stage rather than have a grand plan before starting out.

I am cc-ing the mailing list on this post as i see no reason why a couple of admins should drive us underground when we are in the process of finalising something - it is another thing after a group has been formed, separate mailing lists etc can be started. But at present no group has been formed and everything is at the stage of rough ideas and proposals. (It is not as if they were paying for the bandwidth or something)
