I haven't sent many messages to the list and none have bounced. So I wonder why I got this nasty bit today morning? ( And I have checked, there haven't been any worms sending out mails from my machine )

what the message says is that mail from the list to you is bouncing.

The message means that when the server tried to send you emails, the emails bounced. Check your mail server to make sure that it is not rejecting messages to your user id from this mailing list.

Happened with me when I was using a mail account provided by my domain registrar. Problem got solved after shifting to google apps account.
