I've had this problem before. Just select "custom installation" and select everything that you want. Do not worry about dependencies, they get selected automatically. And do not select anaconda. There's a problem with the CD (the file is corrupt, and I suspect you've got the CD from the same place as I (freeos, __maybe__)).

I got my cd from PCQ June2K I managed to install RHL6.2, by de-selecting KDE but what is anaconda ?
