hi,
I have finally found a client who has the domain knowledge and is willing to shift from Tally for the following reasons: 1. no web version 2. stock management not all that great 3. it does not run on linux.
Anyway we are now building a web version of avsap. The source code is here: http://bitbucket.org/lawgon/avsapdjango/ and there is a demo site here: http://avsapdjango.greenchilly.in
you can view what is going on, but if you wish to contribute to testing and developing the chart of accounts and other things please contact me offlist for a login id.
tickets/bugs/suggestions if any may be entered in the issue tracker at bitbucket.
