IIRC, MS Proxy server requires an MS Proxy client to be run on every client machine that wants to connect to the net. Unless microsoft has released a version for linux, or, if this new linux 8.0 kernel ha built in support for ms proxy client, I don't think it will work.

PS: IMO, BTM Linux 8.0 comes out, it will either have MS Proxy support, or there will no longer be an MS Proxy to support.
