i'm using Linode <www.linode.com>. very happy with the service so far. if you want to go premium, you might want to consider rackspace's cloud offerings http://www.rackspacecloud.com/, though be advised that bandwidth is expensive there.

I use slicehost, linode and fsckvps.com
Fsckvps is actually s replaced with u and they have serious features to really really screw you. It can also take lifes. True story!
Slicehost is good. It has decent performance with few drops and stable VPS.
Linode is a jet plane when compared to other too. Extremely stable, extremely responsive and fast. Worth every penny.
