thats really no valid reason why hundreds of other subscribers should be pestered, and bandwidth be wasted. You could have waited a couple of days more to see if the problem you came to face was transient (which I am sure, is the case).

also i wasnt the only one some already asked for that syllabus on the list before me i just piped in to say "me too".

exactly the violation of guideline #2 which come to ur e-mail ID when you subscribe to the list.

p.s it had a big COMMERCIAL/OT SUBJECT

on those lines, someone will send the prices of computers with different hardware configurations under that tag. will that be allowed? whatever you sent on the list was clearly of personal interest, which (again) is advised against in guideline #1!!!
