As far as my knowledge goes... Espon Stylus 4xx series are not officially supported in Linux. I have an Epson Stylus 480, and I would be glad to get it working too :)
They are supported by CUPS, GIMPPrint, Foomatic - everyone!
I don't know much about printers and printer drivers in Linux but those are some of the things I was pointed to by people on comp.os.linux.* but I could _never_ get them to print a single page.
PS: I hope people who complained about line-length of my posts are happy this time.

Halo I am using redhat 7.1. This linux server is planned to use as intranet server. For this we are using Apache web server. Apache web server is working fine. Host name = jnpedi IP address = 190.10.2.60
When clients are using hostname or IP address thru browser for intranet, it is working fine. I want fully qualified domain name ( www.jnpt.com ) for intranet. I added line in virtual host. but it didn;t work. What is the procedure. Anybody can send Apache config file for this
Thanks & regards

[snip] if u just wanna host 1 site...u wouldnt need Virtual servers for that. Virtual servers r for dudes who would like to do multiple domain hosting.
If ur internal users can access the web server....thingz r working fine internally. To access this box from outside is a different story altogether.
Make sure u have a perfecto working dns, which can resolve both www.***.com and ***.com to ur ip. Check it out and make sure that works....then just add modify a line in ur /etc/httpd/httpd.conf file that will say"ServerName XXXX" to ur servername.
